The Buyer agrees to purchase the puppy identified as ___________________________ from the litter out of the Dam/Female ______________________
and the Sire/Male __________________________ born on ___________________ for the price of $_________________ and/or _____________
1. All puppies require $300.00 for a deposit. Deposits must be paid by cash or US Postal Service Money Order. PayPal is accepted. 2. Choice of puppy is determined on first come (deposit received) first to choose basis and approval by Thomas or Wendy Ribelin.  3. This puppy is sold [ ] with [ ] without breeding rights. If without breeding rights, puppy must be spayed/neutered within the first six months after receipt. When proof of neuter/spay (copy of Vet Statement identifying dog) is provided the seller, the seller will supply registration papers. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BUYER RETURNING PUPPY TO SELLER, AND BUYER WILL PAY ALL COSTS (SMALL CLAIMS COURT, TRANSPORTATION, ETC) INCURRED BY SELLER WHILE RECOVERING THE PUP Initials of Buyer________________ 4. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, unless puppy is not available within one year. If you decide you don’t want the puppy, you forfeit the deposit. 5. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. This includes Vet certificate(s), flight crate, and any other actual shipping costs. A final payment (which includes all shipping costs) will be made in cash, US Postal Money Order, or PayPal BEFORE puppy is released. 6. In order to ensure proper socialization, pups will not be released before they are eight weeks of age. If shipping/pick-up arrangements have not been effected by the time the pups are ten weeks old, buyer agrees to pay a $35.00 per week boarding charge, plus any additional expenses incurred, until pup is shipped. If puppy has not traveled by the end of the sixteenth week, the Buyer forfeits pup and any and all deposits and payments made to date, unless additional written agreement from seller. Initials of Buyer__________________ 7. Warhammer Kennels reserves the right to refuse or cancel sale of pup to anyone, at anytime, for any reason, for the welfare of the pup. The welfare of the pup will be the first concern of Warhammer Kennels. No monies will be refunded.
Guarantees :
Seller guarantees animal to be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after the time of delivery to the buyer. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time for a complete examination. If the Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such as coccidia or giardia, which is easily treated, the seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or subsequent litter(s), after the original puppy is returned to the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the Seller. Failure to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery voids this guarantee. No monies will be refunded. We guarantee against all genetic defects that come from our breeding program for two years. If a genetic defect is found, we will exchange your puppy with another of equal value, subject to a veterinarians signed and dated statement of the puppy’s genetic condition and the cause of that defect or condition, subject to review of a veterinarian of Seller’s choice at Seller’s expense. The Seller is not responsible for defects/conditions caused by buyers neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, mishandling or any injuries to puppy caused by said conditions. Breeding or participation in extreme sports voids this guarantee. Seller warrants that pups will have been wormed twice and are current on vaccinations as appropriate for the dog’s age. Shot and worming records will accompany the dog. Seller will provide temporary registration for dogs purchased. Buyer Agrees 1. To use the kennel name "Warhammer Kennels‘" as the prefix in the registered name of the dog, and will not represent the dog as a product of his/her breeding. 2. In the event the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the Buyer for any reason, the Seller will have absolute right of first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price. 3. The dog will at all times be provided with proper health care, living conditions, nourishment and water. 4. The dog will not be kept on a chain for extended periods of time. 5. The dog will not be engaged in fighting or any illegal activity. 6. Females will not be used in a breeding program prior to 18 months of age, or in the case of a male, one year of age. 7. Buyer agrees the remedy for failure to comply with items 1-6 is forfeiture of the dog, to include all recovery costs incurred by the seller. The buyer and seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog/puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing, or such shall not be effective.
